Social Planner Overview
Schedule and publish social media posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile — all from one dashboard.
Social Planner Overview
If you've ever found yourself logging into Instagram, then Facebook, then LinkedIn, then Google — just to post the same thing four times — you already know how much time that eats up. The Social Planner puts all of that in one place.
You write your post once, pick which platforms it goes to, and schedule it. Done. No more app-hopping.
What the Social Planner does
The Social Planner is your central hub for social media. Here's what you can do with it:
Post to multiple platforms at once. Write a single post and publish it to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile — all from one screen. You can also customize the caption per platform before it goes out.
Schedule posts in advance. Pick the exact date and time you want something to go live. You can plan your whole week (or month) in one sitting, then walk away and let the system handle the rest.
See everything on a calendar. Your Content Calendar gives you a bird's-eye view of what's going out and when. You can spot gaps, move things around, and make sure your posting schedule actually makes sense.
Manage drafts and published posts. Save something as a draft if you're not ready yet. Come back to it later, polish it up, and schedule it when you're happy with it.
Why this matters for your wellness business
Here's the thing about social media for retreat founders, coaches, and coliving spaces: consistency beats perfection.
Your audience isn't expecting Hollywood-level content. They want to hear from you regularly — a behind-the-scenes glimpse of your retreat space, a quick wellness tip, a client testimonial, a photo of your morning practice. That kind of content builds trust and keeps you top of mind when someone is finally ready to book.
The problem is that "posting consistently" is really hard when you're also running a business. You forget, you get busy, a week goes by and suddenly you haven't posted anything.
That's exactly what the Social Planner solves. You sit down once, batch your content, and your social media runs on autopilot.
Supported platforms
The Social Planner currently supports:
- Instagram — Posts and carousels (Business or Creator account required)
- Facebook — Page posts (not personal profile)
- LinkedIn — Personal profile and company page posts
- Google Business Profile — Posts that show up on your Google listing
You'll need to connect each platform before you can start scheduling. This is a one-time setup that takes about 5 minutes.
What you'll need to get started
Before you dive in, make sure you have:
- Access to your Growth Tools dashboard. If you don't have your login yet, send Korneel a message on Slack and he'll get you set up.
- Business accounts on your social platforms. Instagram, for example, requires a Business or Creator account (not a personal one). Don't worry — switching is free and takes 2 minutes.
- Some content ideas. Even just a rough list of topics or a few photos. You don't need a full content strategy to get started.
How it fits into the bigger picture
The Social Planner is one piece of your Growth Tools setup. It works alongside your CRM, email marketing, and automations to give you a complete system for growing your business online.
For example, you could:
- Post a testimonial on social media, and include a link to your booking form
- Share a blog post and have it automatically go out on all your platforms
- Run a promotion and schedule all the related social posts in advance
It's all connected. But you don't have to use everything at once — starting with the Social Planner is a great first step.

You don't need to be a social media expert to use this. If you can write a text message and pick a photo, you can use the Social Planner.
This feature is part of our Growth Tools package. If you're interested in adding this to your setup, reach out to Korneel on Slack.
