Products, Payment Links & Coupons

How to create products, generate shareable payment links, and set up discount codes for your clients.

Products, Payment Links & Coupons

Before you can accept payments, you need to set up what you're selling. This guide walks you through creating products, generating payment links you can share anywhere, and setting up coupon codes for discounts.

Creating a product

Every service or offer you sell needs to exist as a product first. Whether it's a coaching session, a retreat spot, a course, or a membership — create it here and then you can sell it through payment links, forms, or your booking system.

Navigate to the Products page to see everything you've already set up. Watch this step (0:00)

Click Create Product

You have a few options: create manually, import from a spreadsheet file, or import from Stripe if you have it connected. For most cases, just create it manually. Watch this step (0:48)

Add the product details

Enter the product title (e.g., "1:1 Coaching Session" or "Spring Retreat 2025") and a description explaining what the client gets. Watch this step (1:17)

Set up taxes (if applicable)

If you charge VAT or other taxes, you can configure this per product. You can use the global tax settings we've set up for you, or set a specific rate for this product if it's different. Watch this step (1:31)

Add product images

Upload a photo that represents the product. This shows up on payment forms and links, making it more appealing for clients. Watch this step (2:25)

Set the price

This is where you choose how you charge for this product. Watch this step (2:47)

You have two pricing types:

  • One-time payment — for a single purchase like a retreat spot or a single session (e.g., EUR 150)
  • Recurring payment — for ongoing services like monthly coaching or a membership (e.g., EUR 97/month)

You can also add a compared price for marketing. For example, if your session costs EUR 150 but used to be EUR 200, showing the old price creates a sense of value.

Save your product

Click Save and your product is ready to be sold through payment links, forms, or your booking system.

Selling a course or membership? If you're creating an online course, you'll need to create the course itself in the Memberships section first. The course product will then appear here in Products automatically — you don't need to create it twice.

You can add multiple prices to the same product. For example, a "Coaching Package" could have a EUR 150 single-session option and a EUR 97/month recurring option — both under one product.

Additional product options

Your product can also track inventory and have variants (like different sizes or tiers). Watch this step (3:33)

For most wellness businesses, you won't need these. But if you sell physical products (like yoga mats or retreat merchandise), the inventory tracking is useful.

A payment link is a URL you can send to anyone — via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, text message, or even printed on a flyer. When they click it, they see your product, fill in their details, and pay. Simple as that. Watch this step (4:30)

Go to Payment Links and click Create Link

Navigate to Payments → Payment Links and click Create Link.

Select the product

Choose which product(s) the client will pay for. You can add multiple products to a single link — for example, a retreat spot plus a pre-retreat coaching call.

Configure options

You can require a phone number, add your branding (colours and logo), include terms and conditions, and customise the button text. Watch this step (5:16)

Save and copy the link

Save the payment link and copy the URL. You can now share it anywhere.

  • Email — include it in a follow-up email after a discovery call
  • WhatsApp or text — send it directly in a conversation
  • Instagram bio — perfect for linking to your signature offer
  • Your website — we can add it as a button on any page
  • In person — share as a QR code at events or on printed materials

You can also send personalised payment links to multiple contacts at once — their name and email will be pre-filled so they just need to enter payment details. Great for sending a retreat deposit link to a group.

Payment links support both one-time and recurring products. If you add a subscription product, the client will be charged automatically each month after their first payment.

Creating coupons

Coupons are discount codes your clients enter at checkout. They're great for early-bird pricing, referral discounts, or special promotions. Watch this step (5:28)

Go to Coupons and click Create

Navigate to Payments → Coupons and click Create Coupon.

Set the coupon name and code

The name is for your reference (e.g., "Early Bird 2025"). The code is what clients type at checkout (e.g., "EARLYBIRD20"). Keep codes short, memorable, and easy to type.

Choose the discount type

  • Percentage off — e.g., 20% off the total
  • Fixed amount off — e.g., EUR 50 off

Set when the coupon starts and when it expires.

Set the rules

You can limit how the coupon is used. Watch this step (6:13)

Coupon rules settings showing usage limits and product restrictions
Coupon rules settings showing usage limits and product restrictions
  • Total number of uses — limit how many times the coupon can be used in total
  • Limit to specific products — only apply to certain products (e.g., only the retreat, not coaching sessions)
  • Once per customer — prevent the same person from using it twice

Coupons work on payment links and order forms, but not on invoices. Keep this in mind when choosing how to collect payment for a discounted offer.
