How to create offers for your courses, bundle multiple courses together, and set up upsells so clients discover more of what you offer.
Course Offers, Bundles & Upsells
When you create a course, an offer is automatically created with it. But offers are more flexible than just "one course, one price." You can create bundles that include multiple courses, set up discount codes, and even upsell additional courses to people who've already purchased.
Finding your offers
There are two ways to get to your offers:
From the course product: Go to your course → Products → Offers. Here you'll see the offer linked to that specific course. Watch this step (0:00)
From the course description page: Go to the course overview → Offers tab. This shows all offers across all courses, including bundles. Watch this step (2:32)
For each offer, you can copy the link to share it directly — anyone who clicks the link goes straight to the checkout page. Watch this step (0:12)
Editing an offer
Click Edit on any offer to change its details. Watch this step (0:20)
You can update:
- Title — the name clients see (e.g., "8-Week Mindfulness Programme" or "Full Transformation Bundle")
- Description — what's included and why it's valuable
- Connected product(s) — which course(s) this offer gives access to
Advanced settings
Under the Advanced tab, you'll find options for tracking codes and custom styling. Most clients won't need these. Watch this step (0:39)
You can also toggle the offer between Published (live and purchasable) and Draft (hidden from clients).
Pricing and discounts
On the right side of the offer editor, you'll find the pricing settings. Watch this step (1:02)
- Price — set or change the price for this offer
- Discount codes — enable this to let clients enter promo codes at checkout (you create these in Payments → Coupons)
Setting access dates
You can limit when people can access the course — for example, only available from a specific start date, or access expires after a certain number of days. Watch this step (1:18)
This is useful for time-bound programmes: "Access from March 1 to May 31" or "90 days of access from purchase date."
Offer thumbnail
Upload a thumbnail image that appears on the checkout page. This makes the offer look more professional and helps clients recognise what they're buying. Watch this step (1:38)
Previewing the checkout
Click Preview to see exactly what your clients will see when they go to purchase this offer. Watch this step (1:48)
You can also click Edit Checkout to customise the checkout page itself — change the layout, add extra information, or adjust the design to match your brand. Watch this step (2:09)
When someone purchases an offer, they automatically get access to the course(s) included — no manual action needed from your side. A welcome email with login details is sent automatically if you have it enabled in your client portal settings.
Make sure your offer is set to Published before sharing the link. Only published offers can be purchased. If it's still in Draft mode, the checkout page won't work for clients.
Creating bundle offers
A bundle lets you package multiple courses together into a single offer at a special price. Watch this step (2:52)
For example, a "Complete Transformation Package" might include:
- Your 8-Week Mindfulness Programme
- Your Yoga for Beginners course
- Your Nutrition Fundamentals guide
When someone purchases the bundle, they get access to all three courses at once.
Bundles are a great way to increase the average value of each sale. Price the bundle at a discount compared to buying each course individually — for example, if the three courses cost EUR 297 individually, offer the bundle at EUR 197. Clients feel they're getting a deal, and you earn more per transaction.
Setting up upsells
Upsells let you suggest additional courses to people who've already bought something. There are two types: Watch this step (3:18)
This appears right after someone completes their purchase on the checkout page. They see an offer for an additional course and can buy it with a single click — no need to re-enter payment details.
Example: Someone buys your Mindfulness Programme and immediately sees: "Add Yoga for Beginners for just EUR 47" with a one-click buy button.
This appears inside the client portal when someone is browsing their courses. In their "My Library" section, they see locked courses they haven't purchased yet — with a purchase button right there.
Example: A client who bought your Mindfulness Programme sees your Nutrition course displayed as a suggested purchase in their library. When they're ready, they can buy it without leaving the portal.
You can attach multiple in-app upsells to the same offer, and each one can be fully customised — different styling, descriptions, and instructor info per upsell. Once someone purchases an upsell, it disappears from the locked list and becomes part of their library.
Connecting an upsell
To set up an upsell, choose which offer you want to suggest and connect it. Watch this step (4:00)
Select the offer you want to promote, and the system handles the rest — showing it at the right moment to the right people.
For in-app upsells, you can customise the upsell page with your own colours, description, curriculum preview, and instructor bio. This makes the upsell feel like a natural part of the course experience rather than an ad. Access the visual editor by clicking the palette icon next to the upsell in your offer settings.
